Marlene has worked at Lee Bank for 36 years, most of that time in lending. In her role, she prepares and assembles all commitment letters and loan document packages, working closely with borrowers and their attorneys to ensure everything is complete and accurate. Marlene’s experience with loan operations, documentation, and compliance helps make every commercial loan closing smooth, timely, and efficient.
