Rita has been in banking for the last 20 years, working in a variety of roles from Retail Banking to Loan Servicing to Commercial Lending. She is often the first point of contact for many of Lee Bank’s commercial customers and provides support across a wide range of needs. Rita also manages the online application process under the Small Business Loan Program and guides customers through each step to ensure a smooth, efficient experience.
